The Influence of Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement on Employees Performance at Telkom University, Indonesia

The performance of a college is very dependent on the its employees. Therefore, Telkom University must pay attention to factors that affect employees, including organizational culture and employee engagement. This study aims determine how at University, Employee engagement test analyze influence Organizational Culture Engagement Performance. population in this was 1247 permanent employees obtained based data from HR Directorate as August 2020, sampling technique used Proportional Stratified Random Sampling by taking representatives Faculties Directorates. Calculated using Slovin formula, order obtain number respondents many 303 people. collection uses questionnaire has been tested for validity reliability, while analysis multiple regression analysis. results indicate Strong category, High employee's above target. Furthermore, have positive significant effect either partially or simultaneously.
